I had the storm unlocked on tmobile, and while i thought it was a decent phone after the 5.0 update.. my G1 beats it hands down. i'm glad i got rid of the storm

@4benzes Yeah sure, clearly you're ignorant and have no idea of what you're talking about. Verizon 3G is swiss cheese in any large city because they try to get away with their 1X on 850 and their 3G on 1900 which leads to huge deadzones where you're on 1X.

My homie also drops calls on Verizon all of the time at his new apartment. It might work if you're out in bumfuck, Alabama but it's far from being the best where people actually live.

This video was hilarious...Blackberry storm user here...Im sold on VZW's network and devices...this phone can do a lot of things that MOST touch screens cant! hands down better than the iphone, instinct, and from the looks of it the G1. I still like the G1 and wish the guy knew more about his own phone so the review would have been a little better. Hell i kno more about his phone than he does lol.

The G1 was done a dis-service by having a subpar spokesman, and a supposed moderator asking loaded questions to get a certain answer. I also noticed how you guys tried to downplay the fact that the G1 has WiFi because both of your phones are lacking. And the Instinct doesn't even have a place in this discussion.

@spann37 That's exactly what happened, and the Blackberry Storm is a horrible piece of garbage regardless of network. You'll be pulling the battery every other day with that thing. That's they have the Storm2 now soon after the Storm and it's still lacking.

G1 is way better than the Strom. You can't even type quick as in the G1. You have to press down to get the right letter. I also heard the storm frezzes alot.
