Time for England to have its own parliment with only English MPs voting on English matters. Scotland to have full control over its own affairs. Then create a ´Council of the Isles´ because its important that we stay friends and still come to agreement of issues of mutual importance. The UK isn´t working properly and there is no solution. Lets be in charge of our own business but stay friends.

Scots owe the English nothing. £400 million for our Parliament was a token gesture for Scotlands place in the union. In my opinion it was £400m that would have been better spent on decent roads to connect our cities or helping our decimated industries post Thatcher and Westminster EU treaties. But Scotland puts more into the union than it gets back so its the least Westminster could do... and they certainly do their least for Scotland.

Scots owe English nothing? Look up the Barnett Formula. Scotland gets much more government spending per capita than England e.g. the NHS gets 20% more per capita.
