Hanna Barbera wasn't too bad in the 90s: They created Swat Kats. :3

Yeah there were alot of lame shows like Flintsone Kids, A pup named Scooby doo, and others.
I didn't like Fraggle Rock as a kid but Dog City was cool. :D
