if you are going to show us how noisy it was in your stateroom, then you should be there, the noise from this guy moving chairs would not have bothered you in your room.....
i've sailed on the Norwegian Spirit twice and have sat in those very chairs. i highly doubt that they made they noise, they are far too light to make any noise what so ever. heck, i stayed on deck 11 (where you stayed as well) right in the middle of the ship under the pool deck and didn't hear a thing. NCL does a fantastic job and i would know, i've sailed with them 5 times and counting. i believe you're just being picky, be happy you went on a cruise.
we made sure that we were in the middle of the boat, surrounded by cabins and it was a very peaceful sleep every night. Just a glorious trip and a great boat!!!

You look at the ships deck plan and pick your cabin don't leave it to someone else because if you do and they know you don't have a clue you get cabins exp cruisers don't want. Lesson #1! :-)
Why bitch about everything???? It'a a beautiful ocean and no one forced you to select the deck that you were on. Get over it and just enjoy what most people cannot do........If you want perfection, Missy, go someplace else.
