But remember than real lions in Africa have nothing to do with TLK characters. Real lions don't talk nor sing, and they surely don't present their cubs to the herbivores XD

Hehe, you're right. This version is a bit slower (and also longer) than the movie version. I didn't know how to accelerate the song, so I had to slow down the movie clips in some parts XD

It's kinda funny but, when I first watched TLK2:SP I used to think this song was stupid and a big mistake in the movie. But after listening to it several times I started liking it, and now it's one of my faves too!! XD Isn't it weird? XD

You're very welcome my friend. ^^ lol, since I've always been partial to the love songs in Disney movies, I found Upendi to be great in its own sort of unique way. ^^ It was one of the more upbeat love songs, you know? :) Glad there's someone else out there that appreciates Upendi though. lol. ^^

You're so right! Because it's not the typical slow love song like CYFTLT or LWFAW, but a beating and catchy song. But it still has a romantic touch, because it basically descrives the way you feel when you fall in love ^^ ("...falling's half the fun" XD)

And the best of all: it's singed by Rafiki!! XD Seriously, who in the world could have imagined Rafiki singing a love song?? XD

lol, so true. ^^ Out of all the TLK chracters, Rafiki was the last one I ever expected to belt out a tune, aside from his little melodeous chants in TLK1. :) That just shows that Disney can pull off any song though. lol. ^^
