Besides the Millturn M120 is this the best Machine from WFL. All the customers I trained on these machines are happy now with the machine tool from WFL. Sometimes I made them customized cycles and designed special tools.

Wow, that's an awesome part to make! How long to make one?

I recently used a silent bar for the 1st time (it's the biggest 'bar we have, 500mm) and thought it was fantastic, but yours makes ours look tiny!

What does that part do? Was the form tool machining the roots for blades?

WFL is a very good high quality machine. Do you also have problems with Axis cards or the Profibus? How often is your S3 Spindle defect if you use 24h/Day?

that´s right, some parts can´t be casted and need to be machined from a high quality solid material, like the engine blocks for drag race cars.....

for timing purpose, yes, you are right, but time is not the only issue when you machine a part, there are other factors, like material structure and other needs. In this case, these parts cant be casted.
