  • The rep patterns seem rather arbitrary and nonsensical to me.

    When doing partials, why not pre-fatigue the strong range first? Also, as fatigue builds during the set, why not finish up with working in the strong range where you still have something left?

  • Enjoyed this video more than the first. After using the Matrix system for many months, I found a slower more controlled cadence as you show in this video seems to produce a greater impact. I look forward to the Elite Matrix book when it is published and a discussion forum on your web site.

  • do you ever find you get tendonitis or anything similar fromusing the matrix? I tried using a matrix principle, and got some nice tricep tendonitis, but the weights were a bit light, do you reckon that would be the cause?
