The rep patterns seem rather arbitrary and nonsensical to me.
When doing partials, why not pre-fatigue the strong range first? Also, as fatigue builds during the set, why not finish up with working in the strong range where you still have something left?

do you ever find you get tendonitis or anything similar fromusing the matrix? I tried using a matrix principle, and got some nice tricep tendonitis, but the weights were a bit light, do you reckon that would be the cause?
