i would dare say piperclee is the best piper in Hong Kong, he travels to Atlantic Canada during our summer months and is an active competitive piper with the 78th Highlanders Halifax Citadel (grade 1) playing right beside me on the corner, and is a prize winning grade 1 soloist

Yes, that is piperclee.
I strongly believe he is the best piper in Hong Kong, although he is young.
