@TheBowhunter66 - WTF is wrong with you? If i lived in Germany at that time, i would have NOT joined the SS. The majority of German Soldiers were fight for GERMANY not for the THRID RIECH!! And i'm sorry that your G-pa was an SS comandant at one of the most evil places in history, but not my fault. If you lived in Germnay, you would have prob. joined the Wermacht or mabey Luftwaffe. SS was for the hard core belivers of the Evil Nazi Regime.

@KatushaShortFilms SS was for the hardcore, yes. Evil? Actually... not at that time. People conceived the SS as being "evil" long after the war ended because of the uncovered atrocities. In the pre-war era, the strict physical and mental requirements of the SS made it honorable to get into it. Not many got in, not because they didn't want to, but because they couldn't.

@gunwiz96 ok, let me clarify. Mabey not the individuals in the SS were evil. Just what the SS as a whole believed in and carried out was horrible. They ran camps and believed in the Nazi way. The Soldats weren't nesseseraly evil...just what the back ground of the SS was. You hear SS and you think horrible.

@marc7898 very true, and you make a good point. All i am simple saying is that the association of the uniform or what it represented was evil. There is no denying that. Yes, i see what you are saying about the person, no the uniform being evil. But it was the SS or SA!!! Millions died at thier hands. What the 2 SS lightning bolts on there collar is a representation of all of that. That is all i am saying.

cool cool... i do have to say...out of all uniforms in WWII, the Germans had the most nice looking uniforms. Combat and Dress. nice Kit. BTW do you reenact? i do the a Kampfgruppe Luftwaffe ground divison.

if youre looking for a german ww2 repro uniform in j mart youre definetley not goint to find it,you just need a credit card and know what you want,the rest is almost done by itself,im almost finish at an sa uniform,it feels so good to dress in the parties or halloween like one of those german guys in the kristallnacht who d beat the people in the streets

cause is maybe the most fucking dificult hard and exhaustive uniform to find,specially the shirt(which isnt really a shirt its a jacket)with the black and white piping in the neck,the brown riding pants of your size,and the neck tabs

well,sometimes i go with some friends to parties and i use it there just chilling out and having fun,also before graduating from architecture i used to wear it at school without the armband and everyone was like,hey youve got a nice civil war uniform(maybe because of the kepi)it was hilarious
