  • I love that you named the 'pilot' Chester. :) I have the same plane too, flies nicely eh!

  • @michaeldenham11 Ha, Thanks man! Chester is a good pilot although he does seem to like ejecting before impact. All is good though because he and the plane stil fly great! Yes, the Corsair is a great plane, one of my favorites ever!

  • Is there a free flight sim out there for mac and dx6i transmitter?

  • @hawkin32 I wish I could tell you but honestly don't know. Most Transmitters can be used on all sims if you have the proper USB cord for your transmitter. As for a free Sim on Mac? I'm not sure I use a PC sorry.

  • I JUST purchased my Corsair!! cant wait to start flying!

  • @xxsekoxx Nice, you'll love it. It's kind of hard to hand launch but for me it's the way to go. The wheels are okay but if flies better(less drag) w/ them off. Have you flown before? It's not really a beginner plane, def. a good 2nd or 3rd but not a good 1st because of the low wings. If you're new pick up a cheap sim to get your orientation down. If you already have experience you're gonna have a blast. It flies great.

  • @redhotpearl1 It is my second plane. I bought and flew a Supercub all last summer. It was still fun to fly but got a little boring. It was a great learner though, i crashed it a lot! I definitely still have some learning to do so the corsair will be a new challenge! It looks a lot faster and turns on a dime so i'll have to take it slow at first. Is it hard getting used to ailerons? the flaps on the wing?

  • @xxsekoxx Awesome I started on the Supercub a few years ago, great plane. If you think you've mastered the SC you will be just fine with the Corsair. Just keep it on low rates at 1st. Ailerons are easy to get used to and you have more control now because you have ailerons and rudder to turn. I still recommend a Sim. It really took me to the next level as a pilot. The corsair doesn't come with flaps installed but you can add them. Good luck man, enjoy.

  • You got some skills!

  • @xxsekoxx Thank you very much!

  • Man, makes me wish I was at the park. Nice moves.

  • @rcflyer40plus1 Thanks

  • great flying skills! do you use a simulator to practice those moves?

  • @nandyg1 Thanks man! Yeah I def. spent my time and still do on a sim. I use realflight G4.5. It will make you a better pilot for sure.

  • great flying skills!

  • is this the stock engine that comes with the package?

    or did you change it?

  • @romcful Full stock

  • @redhotpearl1 and it is posible to do thoes things amaizing.

  • @romcful Thank you! Yes it's possible do push a lot of planes to their limits if you're comfortable with them. Just takes practice! This plane does fly very nice.

  • nice inverted flight, there had to be some cross wind involved because that was the last part of the vid. I was expecting a crash.

  • @vizzuleyes Thank you, I love inverted flying. It's as easy as regular flight for me for some reason. The wind was blowing big time that day but the Corsair handles it well. With the shape of the wings you can do an inverted harrier into the wind pretty easily. Thanks again for the comment.

  • it crashes at 3:59

  • @JetFlyyer That's funny because I've always thought the same thing about the T-28! I honestly think they have to fly pretty similar which is why I never bought the T-28. I didn't see the point in buying two very similar flying planes. That being said I love the way both look and if money weren't an issue for extra planes then I would own both for sure. I'm trying to get my brother to get the T28 as his second plane so I can give it a go. :) Thanks for the comment!

  • From the min you took off it looked like it was goiing to crash.

keep practising it wll come and you will soon be able to fly mate.

  • @stevecoterell9 LOL I'm fine but thanks.

  • puts up with the wind nice but does it come with stock ailerons?

  • @steveoh2395 Yes it does. Comes equipped with all 4 channels.

  • You fly pretty good. Very excellent maeneuvre.

  • @toyyou2jp Thanks! It's a great plane.

  • I cracked my wing in the exact same place. Nice flying anyways!! I love my corsair!!

  • Thanks! 2 weeks away from my checkride! Now I just need to decided where to go to college/air force to keep on going. I'm thinking Purdue so I can get a backup besides aviation.

  • @KHFY172 Uh I would say if you can go to Purdue then go there man. Airforce is great opportunity but Purdue? Do that.

  • @redhotpearl1 Yeah thats what I really want to do! Hopefully I will be there before too long! Thanks!

  • I own one of these Corsairs too. Great plane! I can especially relate to the skill needed for the maneuvers you completed! Very nice flying!

  • @KHFY172 Thanks a lot man. I love this plane too. I got to post some stuff soon. I saw your real flying videos man that's cool how far along are you to get your license?

  • Love that plane! Narrow field. I enjoy flying in the wind but my PKZ P-51 BL flies better than my Corsair in heavy winds. The Mustang just cuts right through the wind. Got cocky with my little EFL Warhawk in wind last week - cross wind caught the wing tip, flipped it over and BAM! I knew better. Jus' keepin' the CA companies in business.

  • Thanks for the comment. The only Parkzone planes I've owned are the Corsair and the Typhoon 2. Typhoon has been retired early due to ground interference:) I was looking at the PZ Messhershmitt but I have too much money tied into other parts of the hobby. I have a RTF hexakopter waiting to be delivered. Gonna buy a new plane B4 spring though. 3DHS edge most likely. Again thanks for watching!

  • y dont u have landing gear on it?

  • Landing gear makes it fly like crap because of the drag. Also all my flying is done in fields so the wheels would be ripped out by the grass on landing...ask me how I know. So now I belly land all my planes on the grass, they're no worse for wear. Landing gear looks cool on the ground, just not very practical unless you take-off and land from pavement which opens up all knew concerns. Thanks for the comment.

  • Nice flying!!! Do'nt feel bad...I did the same thing,twice...Rebuilt mine with a new wing and paint job...Still flying....

  • Thanks for the kind words and the compliment. Thanks for commenting.

  • Hows it going with my friends in Canada? I will subscribe thanks for doing the same and for the comment.

  • Done that same thing myself! I fight the urge to fly when it's that windy. More time to build more planes.

    Nice flyin'.

  • Thanks man, wish I could blame the wind but the only one to blame is myself. She's been up dozens of times since, love this plane.

  • We've all been there. Nice flying though in a small area. Cheers from Colorado. Subscribe to my videos and IEATSRT's (below message) from Canada. He's got some good videos rolling in frequently.

  • will do thanks for the comment and subscription.

  • have you put expo on tx? it seems to be really nervous in the air..

  • I always have some Expo on all my models, I forget how much it was on this radio but it's on their. I was twitchy because I was trying to get low below the tree line and it's surrounded by trees and power lines. I had never stood at this spot in the field either. I always had flown from the road side, flying the length of the field as oppossed to back and forth. Thanks for the suggestion and comment though.

  • ok,thanks for detail, and have good fly =) steff

  • My Corsair has a large crack on the right hand wing route but i put some foam safe CA and its fine! Like New! i love Z-Foam lol, so handy!

  • Great flying, looks awesome. We all crash our planes, its all part of it! Beats doing careful ovals and never scratching your plane. lol

  • Yeah, I get bored easy and push my limits sometimes. Thanks for the kind words.

  • i rad one iof ur replioes and i am happy cuz i have the corsair ready to fo with the 1800 mah battery and have another battery that is a 2200 " cell lipo but it is a 20 C... so i think it shopuld be okay§§§ anyways nice flight until the little crash there! Did you have any problems with the corsair?.... thanks

  • As long as it's a 20C Lipo you should be fine. I just wouldn't go any bigger. The only problems I had with that crash was a hairline crack in the wing which was fixed with some 5 minute epoxy and the prop adapter came loose a bit. I tightened it with allen key and all is good. The plane has been in the air many times since this crash. It's fine.

  • thanks alot that is good to know! minor problems are always good in this hobby!...

and no problems at all is better!.... thanks and ttyl...

  • is that a stock motor and esc? looks like its all stock, but mine doesnt seem nearly as fast as yours.

  • It's all stock. Motor, ESC, Prop, all stock. I do have 3 cell 20c 2100 mah batteries in there. They won't burn out electronics and are much more powerful than the stock 1800mah batteries.

  • That wing damage happen to my corsair in the igsact same place, all i did was use regular foam safe art&crafts glue (Which as you know is the crappest glue when it comes to repairing R/C planes) and i flew it the next moring!

  • The Corsair is an Awesome plane to watch flying...

  • Yeah it is. It looks cool on the ground too!...with the wheels attatched it looks beautiful but it flies like crap that way.

  • 5 min. epoxy and you'll be styling!!

  • Thanks man, I figure that's all it will take. Suprised how little damage but I guess I was low and going slow. It will be back in the air soon!
