  • The leaders from EDSA to present may fail to meet our demands, but we need to help those in the hierarchy, unworthy as they are, by following the law, keeping the Filipino virtues and helping the others to make our country the best country we have. Pro Deo et Patria!

  • Maybe our leaders and their comrades fail to fulfill their duties as government officials and prominent citizens in this country of ours, but it is bad for our image as Filipinos if we keep on blaming them and not taking our shovels to clean up the mess.

  • all of his national and economic policies will only be for the benefit of the oligarchs....and now we are starting to feel its effects as we see the increasing price of basic commodities (food, tolls, oil prices)

  • 5th - unwilling to axe incompetent and law breaking officials because they're close buddies; 6th - the impeachment against CJ (and threatening other Justices of impeachment) is just a way to intimidate them into reversing their decision re HL or granting them 10B in compensation using public funds. be vigilant my fellow Filipinos

  • and voila as of now we have an oligarch for a president....yes peenoy's family owns the hacienda luisita. i really had high hopes in him in the beginning, but now slowly he's revealing his incompetence and being a trapo. 1st - ignoring an awarding of a human rights defender just to appease China; 2nd - committing treason by giving cash to rebel groups in Mindanao; 3rd-being silent on the distribution of their hacienda instead of actively and vocally supporting its distribution; 4th - vindictive

  • @deftunes07 Media won't help in educating and enlightening the masses. since they are controlled by the oligarchs...it is in the oligarchs' interest that they stay ignorant so that the ultra rich will stay in power, at the expense of the poor and middle class. so the media will continue to show brainless and mind numbing shows (gossips, drama, variety noontime shows etc) to entertain and keep the masses in shallow thinking.

  • Well this is good, damn good! except for "DONT BE". I am aware of these situations, long before the internet era. But man, its not a matter of being proud to be a Filipino or not. But the content is so TRUE. and lot of the ignorance here in the Philippines I tell you is because of the MEDIA. If they just produce some non-stereotypical movies, teleseryes to show that life isnt a FAIRY TALE. you have to atleast combine HARDWORK and INTELLIGENCE. no not necessarily the BOOK smart intelligence people

  • people power equals people failure

  • nothing's wrong in shouting proud to be pinoy...but how can we be proud if the situation is like this, winning miss universe or becoming a big star in hollywood or even winning a boxing match doesnt make anything...is that enough??ask your self,

  • ano bang mali sa linyang PROUD TO BE PINOY? eh simpleng pagmamalaki mo lang sa lahi mo yun ah? Sa pagkapilipino mo hindi sa "sitwasyon" ng pilipinas! Masama namang pakinggan kung ASHAMED TO BE PINOY!

  • Everybody please help Biktuh. He needs to fight his autism. It ain't Ignorance anymore. It might be a case of dislexia. A bad one at that.

  • @gyzmorph no bitch. you need to cure your stupidity by getting rid of those fanaticism in your system. simple whore.

  • @Biktuh:The 70's experienced a fuel crisis of unprecedented proportions in the world but we did not suffer much from that because of the Marcos ingenuity which is Filipino. We were not alowed to build our own refrigerators, steel factories, aircraft parts, cars, etc. We were only being allowed to build radios or an ashtray for export! If we did not follow the rules no cash advance for you plus condemnation, but we did not need it in the 1st place and some people wanted APO out for this defiance.

  • @gyzmorph really? the fact that southeasian countries were catching up with us economically during marcos time (and it all started during the MARCOS time) tells us that the economy has been stagnant and declining slowly while malaysia, indonesia, singapore, thailand, south korea, etc were moving smoothly with japan at the forefront. philippines on the other hand =sick man of asia. those were embarassing times for the philippines. the numbers doesnt lie bitch. go and cherry pick shit some more..

  • By refusing to sign it APO was condemned by the world bank so he ordered his wife to mingle with the arab countries and the russians and with all her defects she got the job done. We were the only Asian country importing oil from Libya in the 70's. While Japan was inventing the 400 cc "minica' to save on fuel. Marcos had the first 1600cc engine of Toyota entirely cast in RP becuase we had oil and he was getting ready to industrialize the nation.

  • To continue @Biktuh: If a Filipino president does not borrow he loses the presidecy. Why? Our economy was signed over by Cory Aquino in 1987 to be a "cottage industry" class economy. In short she signed a document saying we are not allowed to industrialize because our "debt contract" will be cancelled and your supposed allegation at APO to use this for his personal gain will not come true. Well Mr Genius APO refused to sign it in 1977.

  • Imagine you believe the bull that "a significant amount of wealth" was stolen from us". What do you mean by stolen? As if it were yours. It's like you read it of a time magazine editorial page in the 80's. You obviously do not know whats going on. I doubt it now if you are filipino even. Do you actually believe everything you read? what if I tell you Lapu-lapu's name was not lapu lapu and that he had green eyes and collected merely for a caliph in borneo.Do you even know who your calling stupid?

  • @Biktuh: And Marcos had the balls to get the payment for the interest of the money he was forced to borrow from the US Bases renting our land. You see we really do not need to borrow from the imf or the world bank in the first place since we already self sufficient. And you are suggesting for us to go back to college? In the 4rth page of my college book by Teodoro Agoncillo it says the Filipino has no Identity. Are you this person Biktuh? If you are. i pity you.

  • Wala ng lunas ang cancer ng ating bayan... hindi na ito magagamot.

-Pepe kaylangan na itong masunog ng buo at mawala ang kahit anong trace nito.

Let's do our part. Spread the video. Let's fight Filipino ignorance.

    Magkaroon tayo ng pakialam.

  • i hope lahat ng nakapanuod nito ay nagising sa katotohanan!!!! punyeta!! imulat mga mata nio mga pinoy!!!!!.... love each countrymen!!! respect!!

  • Stupid GMA,ABS-CBN and TV5!!!!!

  • you are right... madaming sakim dito sa Pinas... i'm an entrepreneur who hate what is really happening... the rich people become richer... they will just set-up foundations for what? promoting themselves that they have the heart to help? they are the same with politicians... if they will not hoard their money, they could provide more jobs by building businesses that is all about profit sharing...

  • I like this video, very truthful and meaningful. It is due to political instability why Philippines is taking hard time to succeed. See how Thailand and Malaysia left us behind? So shame why we can't do what they did. I know it is not easy to be a leader but you chose to be there so be responsible.

  • The biggest ailment of the Filipinos is the CRAB MENTALITY..

I'm disappointed talaga w/ my countrymen..sana may LUNAS sa sakit yun,

    PEACE TO ALL FILIPINOS!!!!!

  • From now on we should be aware of our ignorance and do quick actions to enlighten other people who does not know what is happening. We should fight against Oligarchs who kill their critics and those who discriminate poor people for their on wealth. Prove that we are worthy to be free from foreign dictators, prove that we are worthy to be Filipino and to be a human who is gifted knowledge from our creator.

  • The truth is that, thanks to the Internet, Pinoys can EARN more money. There are more options now. You don't have to feel IPIT without your consent.

  • The video is good! But how about you? What did you do to alleviate the suffering of how many Filipinos again as you mentioned?

  • @kingkuan The purpose of this video is to awaken Filipino about the facts and lies that is happening in our country. This is his first step on how to tell us, Filipinos, on what really is going on with the kind of system thats running in the PH. Don't ask someone on what he/she did because a single person can never do what you are saying. This is actually a huge step if only Filipinos will understand & unite para makabangon. How about you, what did you do?

  • You have your point my friend!!! Galing mo!! But I think whatever happens nothing will ever change here!! We all just have to focus in our life and not to the god damn government we have and had!! kasalanan din ng dating namumuno wala din naman siyang nagawa!! Lets give the chance sa bago!! Pag wala pa din!! just live your life to the fullest!!!

Sariling pananaw lng poh!!! Astig ka pare!!

  • sighed....all countries are suffering poverty, corrupt official and so on. That's just the way it is. if u dont want to end up like this then go to school and learnnnnnn!! stop being a slut or fucking wannabe gangsters.

  • Comment removed

  • @greenface7 I think that's exactly the video's point.

  • those people are not rebels, they just terrorize innocent people, they are terrorists!

  • well done my friend, wake up pinoy!

  • im in deeply hurt watching the video. its been 26years and still people dnt really understand and keep on complaining that what happen is all marcos fault.wow! cant believe u people!! dear lord! bless the poor and idiot filipinos.

  • @loenapink hehehe, ur right! that's why there is a word MOVE ON! the guy is been dead for a long time,

  • How can we take action against it? can you pls include all of us who doesn't agree what the government is doing in our country. we all filipino should have a revolution war in order for us to change the country and fix it and make it fair to all of us Filipino not just for the rich and politician people, appreciate you did the video thank you.

  • It gives me hope to see that there are Philippinos seeing the truth about their country and seeking a better future for all Phillipinos. Best wishes to the Philippine people from Denmark.

  • Thanks, Pards. Hang in there. May lunas din, when we all, as a people, decide to act and start the revolution.

  • Pinoy ako. Paki ko sa inyo! ..i.-

  • If Japan, Singapore, Taiwan and HK managed to become global economic powerhouses with very scarce natural resources to speak of, then why is it that the Philippines who's suppose to be so blessed with vast natural and human resources remain so poor and backward?

  • Filipinos are generally lazy, unmotivated, confused and incompetent. They tolerate and even patronize corrupt politicians because the culture itself is corrupt.. Filipinos are so dependent and helpless they always expect other people to take care of them.

  • i remember my mother once said,"sometimes, things have to be said or mentioned". i do not know why.

now, i think, i realize a part of it.

i have to write it, for me not to forget and share it with you,

that is, we have to mention things inorder for us to have a common ground (common thinking, common goal) even if everybody knows about it.

  • whoever you are whether you are a group of people or just one man if the oligarchs come knocking on your door and you need a place to stay my home is your home. We are also Filipinos and we believe everything that you are saying. It si the truth that my father and my entire family had been preaching to me since I was 13 years old. Finally someone has the courage to come out and say it! We are not PINOYS but Filipinos.

  • and you think Marcos is the answer?!?! How ironic that the headline of your page says: Fight Filipino Ignorance.

  • @Biktuh Excuse me, Marcos was the answer! He is just saying we were too dumb to see it! We were seeing yellow! Its the truth!

  • @gyzmorph excuse yourself for being such an ignorant twat and go back to school. sure, the current state of philippines today is an oligarchy, no doubt about it and that has to change. whereas today is a feudalism gone ballistic, marcos time was a fascist state. the only reason that the economy was good during marcos is because he inherited that economic state from the previous administration. in short, its marcos who fvcked up the economy, and the oligarchs soon follow..

  • @Biktuh why don't you excuse yourself for being such a smart ass that knew what happened? Since you know the past administrations so well and I'm such a dumb ass that didn't live through it then please enlighten us all how marcos fucked up the economy by spending so much money interconnecting islands with bridges like san juanico, making the south super highway, putting up the entire ccp complex, lung, heart, kidney, and all the centers that might cure your cancer since your the oldy smartass?!

  • @gyzmorph but of course! im merely showing you your ignorance on the subject and yet you talk like you know what you're talking about. You're asking me how do i know what really happened? all you need to do is go back to college and take philippine history, you dont need a genius IQ to know that. otherwise, if you're stating your wishful ideas and talk about it like its FACT then be prepared to get corrected and end up looking like a fool to everyone.

  • as if i did not know. Your infrastracture reason does not sare any light on the matter. It was still good he did that, substandard or not-as if you are a licensed engineer so to speak, than put it in his pocket entirely or pay a few generals to protect him which he did not need to do since he commanded their respect. The stupid one is the person using stupid to answer back Biktuh..getting affected unto whose stupid? Every Filipino president is forced to borrow if not he loses the presidency..

  • @gyzmorph in short, if you dont know what you're talking about shut your trap. the only reason that marcos prioritize infrastracture is because he has the excuse to loan billions of dollars from the world bank. you think all these substandard and unfinished infrastracture was to help the masses in mind? no stupid! a huge quarter of the budget gets into the politicians pockets and what you see as infrastracture are simply the chump change of whatever is left.

  • @gyzmorph obviously you havent gone to see the infrastracture of other countries like vietnam that are way poorer than us. they're infrastracture make marcos's project look like a low budget film. and this to say that they've the loaned from the world bank are smaller than the one loaned by the marcoses. the result? philippines went into a huge debt. bankrupt, and put marcos in the guiness as the world's greatest thief in 1987!

  • @gyzmorph you really know why the philippines is poor? a significant amount of our nation's wealt were stolen from us and put into a shady banks somewhere in switzerland and pitcairns by your idols: the marcoses! congratulations! you deserve all the poverty you get right now. you fight filipino ignorance? start with yourself. google: antipinoy the saga of marcos loot and mummy. its being endorsed no less by the uploader. so go educate yoursellf and fight your own ignorance.

  • @Biktuh please look at all my answers for you Biktuh. Though you like to call me names like stupid and ignorant it only shows your own flaggering autism. But don't worry I will educate you for as long as you answer.

  • The answer is to be a Filipino. Not a Pilipino, Moreso a "PINOY", and even worse a "PNOY"!

  • very informative and in sighting. our country needs it!

  • yung nag dislike siguro chinese yan na nand2 sa pinas

  • Comment removed

  • @reynan0999 huwag ka namang ganyan. i'm chinese, but i have the heart of a Filipino, ready to take on the reins of service to my countrymen and motherland. shame on you and to those people who liked this.

  • ndi na matatapos ang kahirapan ng ng pilipino kung gahaman namn ang nakapwesto pero i proud to be pinoy

  • Even Maria Aragon who is just a kid that for d 1st time being in pin as cudnt help mentioning the street children in her interview on the buzz. The kid was very honest saying she was quite upset that she even cried about it! This kid has a good heart.. Someday I hope she'll be able to help others who r need!

  • @isabellemarais, That is so heart-warming. I hope all of us will soon be aware of our REAL situation and change for the better BUT this time for REAL! LET'S FIGHT AGAINST FILIPINO IGNORANCE!

  • agree! amen to u
