I read that Bill didn't start smoking or doing drugs until he was in his 20's. He dies when he was 32. I don't think cigarettes caused his cancer. I miss him.

Also, Pancreatic cancer is rare among people his age. He also claimed to have quit smoking for awhile. It just doesn't add up to say smoking was the only thing that killed him. All my family members smoke(most since they were a kid), and they live 'til they're atleast 70(non have died from any form of cancer except 1 from stomach cancer).

Diseases and the human body are not that simple and one dimensional, despite what politicians want us to believe. 90+% of new pancreatic cancer cases each year are discovered in folks over 60.
