@mistophil I used to think the same thing , but then I realized we fucked them over. Yeah, if we left them alone in the first place those hundreds of years ago they still wouldn't be on the level of europeans, they lived in a tribal commnunity, tribal shit, after colonialism we left them with our governments which they weren't ready to grasp, europeans had 3000 years to get that shit down, so we left them with that and tons of guns and we continued to exploit them for resources, it is our fault.

lmao left them with your goverments? Dude South Africa didnt have its civil rights movement until the late 1990s/ early 2000's. In many places in Africa white people are still running the show.

Also, Africa stayed tribal due to lack of resources. Husbandry and Agriculture develop signifcantly faster before advanced metal working, trade, academia etc and Africa simply lacked the resources for those things to develop as fast as other nations.
