hell yeah man i live right by clark hill last summer i caught a 20 lb 5 ounce striper it look like they are biting good on lanier what time of the year should i go and what should i use?
@brandon94565 We use just about everything. Swimbaits, spoons, butterfly jigs, bucktail jigs, etc. The key for us is first determining where the fish are feeding or active. Once we know if it's on the surface, down deep, etc., we'll choose a lure which will work in that zone and closely mimic what we think they're eating. For anyone who wants to try, I suggest any 4-6 inch swim bait or a 1-2 oz bucktail with grub trailer attached. These are easy to use and very effective. Good luck!
BEST striper video on youtube. Lol. Loved watching the hookups. You guys just mostly use spoons? What are some other striper lures that are good? I mostly fish by dams.
man. striper fishing is the most blood-boiling, heart-pounding, adrenaline-rushing fishing that there is. Here on Cherokee lake in TN, there are great numbers of hybrids and stripers both, and we use ONLY LURES, just like you. im kinda like you in that i enjoy the challenge. Cant wait to see your videos of this up coming summer. Stay hooked,
You are the example of how to fish!
