  • cool, ich hab jetzt fast alle deine videos gesehen, und ich find die echt gut. Schau doch mal meine Videos an.

  • No need for the elbow, not bad though

  • By elbow I presume you mean the overarm grip?

The angle on the top fence is slanted, a straight grip is unsafe, the over the top grip is within reach. So while a straight grip is possible, the overarm grip is safer and not noticably slower.

Why risk falling backwards 3-4 meters onto sharp angeled concrete when you can do it safely ;)

  • Overarm grip, another new name for weakness, no its not unsafe if you have good finger strength, you probably scratched and scrawbed the underside of your forearm in this move, plus it sends your whole body into misalignment as you push up the way. And yes it is slower.

Im not trying to get onto you, I know it might be safer for a beginner, but you aint a beginner :P

  • I'm not the one moving. You are getting onto me, and I'd rather not have you push your understanding of another persons ability to move onto them in the manner you just did. Safety first, then speed.

Call it what you want, this was how it was done.

  • @mrbubtube ya i agree with u dude parkour is about efficiency and u cant be to efficent with a broken bone. i say whatever is safer at that time :) nice vid by the way.

  • 400-500 fps? :)

  • 300 fps

  • with this speed you make it look so easy xP
