Well obviously, he would of known that she was coming of her hotel room so I doubt that there would of been a scenario where the two confronted each other. In my honest assessment, I don't think he should be classified as a sexual predator, because his intent wasn't for sexual gratification but rather monetary compensation. @Noobtac Its pretty tricky and grey to say that men's standards are much more restrictive. Women are "allowed" to show their legs at work is because they were forced to wear dresses historically. Straight men will never be blamed for provoking their own rape or harassment because of what they were wearing. That's a bit of a different scope then having to deal with workplace dress-codes.
