@MartinaDeLosSantos I think YouTube has been having some issues, and has been mixing up videos. I looked at my own playlist and it had this one momentarily as another video (a wiccan chant one instead of the native american chant), though all the other info was right for this video. If you go to share, and paste that link into a new window, it should reset it and fix the problem.
I am wondering if anyone by chance knows the lyrics, or by chance haves them and would not mind sharing. I love this song beyond words, and can not find it anywhere, not from the lack of trying i assure you. This song means a lot to me. Blessing to all and may they never cease.
@und43d Actually it says Oshun Gaia. Oshun Gaia I believe is where spirit meets flesh, sound meets soul, and water meets earth. Oshun is a Goddess of fresh water - the energy of bounty, blessings, home, and hearth. And Gaia is mother earth she got her name from the Greek word for land. or noun - in any case but there it is.
Amikaeyla changed all the Native American chants on this album to be a bit different so that they didn't upset the elders (and spirits) who taught her the Sundance chants. If a person wishes to learn the actual chants they'll need to learn from going to a Sundance etc. Most of the other chants on the album are traditional without change. If you want a copy of this song or any of the others on the album you can get it/them at CD Baby by searching for Oshun Gaia or Amikaeyla. Blessings!
is it ironic how i clicked this after we've had three days none stop rain?? or is it ironic how it came up under my recomended for you XD, well at least its a break from everything else i listen to
okay I'm confused. . . is this some sort of wiccan chant or is it a Native American rain chant?

Omg it feels like rain listing to this....freaky. Just got that humid breeze we get before a monsoon storm.

Yes, it is Native American. It is Lakota, specifically, and it is a Sundance song (not particularly a "rain chant" though).

I enjoy this kind of music. The tribal drums are very powerful and the vocal's were strong.
I'm hoping by playing this, it'll help bring a little rain our way...
