Man, I cannot tell you how much your videos are helping me. Is there a way to extrude something or move something an exact distance? Like, can I pick extrude then type in a measurement to extrude it that length? I am always a person of exact-ive-ness (????).
Ok I managed to do a work around for it. Have now encountered something else that I could use a hand with. When I use the vertex option, It always seems to select both ends of the point or line that I select. I.e I click on one point at the front of the drawer and it selects the one at the back that it is connected to. Do you know how to isolate it?
@weable77er I think you just got some weird things enabled lol. double click your move tool, to open up the option box. scroll down to where you see reflection, and make sure that is UN checked. I would actually reset all the options for the move tool, to see if that helps with the extrusion as well.
@weable77er I think when you click the extrude button, click the square scaling boxes outside the arrows, this will enable the option to scale the extrusion. then scale it all in using the middle box.
@Learnmaya1 Ok i think i know what you mean. However when i try to scale the extrusion it does more than the selected face. It tries to always alter the back of the box as well (the whole drawer section is selected, so when i scale the front it does the back) Im not sure how to stop it doing this. Havnt been able to find any answers either so thanks for the help
@weable77er hmm thats really strange, the only thing i can think of is make sure you have either your keep faces together option box checked or un checked, under the edit mesh menu. try both. see what happens. I dont know if that would help, but thats the only thing i can think of.

How did you scale the extrusion. I dont know how you did that for the draws as mine just extruded back into the cube. (From the 10min mark)
