Did I just read someone who doesn't "read or write music" suggest that Yanni made a big mistake? Artist grow and develop often past the point of appreciation of their original fan base. True from Mozart to... Miles Davis to... Metallica. It's ok if you like the old stuff but artists grow and change. You don't have to change your tastes, but why whine? Yanni isn't your personal composer.

I like Yanni's music on Instrumental better than introducing vocals. Guess it will take longer for his followers to develop an ear for vocal additions.

Absolutely the wrong direction! Yanni made a big mistake mixing voices with his instrumental music. He should of stuck with instrumental music. By the way, not to divert the conversation but I don't know how to read or write music and I'm going to releasing my debut instrumental album sometime early next year. I'm also going to be releasing a single from the album on Itunes, Amazon, etc sometime next month. In the near future I'm also going to posting some videos of live performances!

Yanni RUINED his music by introducing vocals.. It was great as an instrumental... Voices killed it.
