I own a TBSS. This is my 3rd Chevy. Have always been a GM guy, but I realize now Ford makes solid cars/trucks. I like American trucks. Always have. But if I see a Toyota that looks good, I'll buy it. Since when is getting an Asian Diesel (ISUZU) and putting it into an American Truck considered American? GM had to outsource it power to an Asian Manufactor because they couldn't do it themselves. Ford and Dodge are the only american trucks. The only ones to use true american Diesel Engines. Just remember thats TWO chevys barely pulling out ONE ford.

The reason GM needed the bailout is because they have been through so many different heads in the company and they dont know how to manage their money. They have takin on too many different divisions pontiac=crap, hummer=crap, and many other crappy divisions. ...well I always been a ford and dodge guy....who HATED, with an absolute passion....Chevrolet ....but needed a work truck got a deal on a 00 silverado ext. cab w/ 5.3 v8. and i pull 6800lbs of tractor and trailer with Ease. Has the smoothest running, lowest idle (500) most powerful v8 of that size(4.6-5.7..non hemi i.e. dodge) ive ever driven. so, needless to say, ive been turned which sickens me but I got to say, i love my chevrolet...still trade it for a F350 P-stroke or equiv. The reason GM needed the bailout is because they have been through so many different heads in the company and they dont know how to manage their money. They have takin on too many different divisions pontiac=crap, hummer=crap, and many other crappy divisions. Ford was smart about their money and makes uses common sense to build long lasting affordable vehicles. Say what you want ford was first and it will be the best until the end.

...well I always been a ford and dodge guy....who HATED, with an absolute passion....Chevrolet ....but needed a work truck got a deal on a 00 silverado ext. cab w/ 5.3 v8. and i pull 6800lbs of tractor and trailer with Ease. Has the smoothest running, lowest idle (500) most powerful v8 of that size(4.6-5.7..non hemi i.e. dodge) ive ever driven. so, needless to say, ive been turned which sickens me but I got to say, i love my chevrolet...still trade it for a F350 P-stroke or equiv. The video dont show the fact that the two chevrolets had already been through that same area trying to follow the dodge that had already come back and pulled them out....the ford got confused....thought it was a chevy and tried to be like a rock...and sink. The Dodge said, hell yall aint learned yet my ass aint comin back again, cant run with the big dogs keep your ass on the porch...so the chevys teamed up to pull out the ford :-)

I go where work is. Last job I had I was making 14.95 an hour and I was the least paid. Yet everyone else didnt want to do anything. I don't understand it.

2. fords new powertrain lineup is above and beyond gm and dodge, from the diesels to the v6s. hell the 6.7 is 800 lbs tq out of the box. where is quality sacraficed?

@mizzou1990 fords about to shut down their second plant here...and theres nothin bad about chevies front ends. the only time they break is under high powered launches as in drag racing or tractor pulling. and if you do that you should buy aftermarket axles anyway.
