I doubt money really came into it that much if at all when he decided to record an acoustic session in his bathroom. Thats not to say they don't indirectly affect sales they might well do I just don't agree that it was a concious effort on their part to do the sessions in order to make money.

Seems to me it is speaking about children and how they look up to ultimately immulate their parents. In this case "easy" is not a good thing. "I can do the same, two can play this game, you'll no longer be the only one." I take that as a reference to the fact that if parents take the "easy" way out of situations (divorce, drugs, etc.) their children are likely to follow suit. Am I way off base? Just my interpritation from hearing it a few times.
