Just FYI, the video of the multiple Cassies, with Donna McKechnie that can be found on YouTube was FOR ONE NIGHT! It was the night ACL became the longest running show on Broadway. It's not the way the show is done. Well.

Before the 500 other girls joined her on stage, I was on board, absolutely. Why in the world would the director/choreographer do such a thing? I am absolutely flabbergasted and can't get rid of this horrified expression on my face. Loved Meg's performance and brilliant dancing and wanted so much to see her perform the rest of this number as a solo, as it was written. OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Actually, fantastic acting. Good voice also. Then I was surprised that she is a really good dance also. The choreography wasn't exactly bad, but it seemed a little too contrived instead of feeling the passion of the dance that the song conveys. Still really good for high school. Meg is extremely talented - hope she still performs 25 years later.
