Hello. First off, great job by doing what you are doing. Just 1 quick point. When you are squatting, i kept looking in the mirror the whole time, and i noticed that your knees are actually doing a circular motion during the squats. Remember that during a squat, you have to actually think that you want to push your knees out. It will be better for your knees.
