In 2008 she was given no hope to live. And then God stepped in and said not so. She has fully recovered. And is attending college. I see how far I have to go to being perfected (as Paul and John said that they were being slowly perfected, so that's Biblical, to want to be entirely without sin b/c it's offensive to Jesus), and I see how far I've come thru Jesus. I only saw foul language (Proverbs 4:24, Ephesians 4:29-31, Colossians 3:8-10), unfair anger (Proverbs 10:19, Ecc. 7:9, Proverbs 10:18), brutality (Proverbs 3:30, Proverbs 15:1, 1 Pet. 3:6), criticism & complaining (Ph. 2:14, Pr. 11:12), and utter disrespect and delight in it (Rom. 12:10, Pr. 26:11), and more besides.
Might I humbly suggest Pr. 3:11-12 and Mt. 12:36 for you?

It doesn't matter whether you think that this song is corny. God still loves you. There isn't anything you can do to change that. My prayer is that God will open your eyes to see He is real and it doesn.t matter what we have done, He forgives us if we will trust Him as our Lord and Savior. You cannot do anything to earn it..it is a GIFT from God. Whatever hurts are in your life that makes you not want to believe in Him, I pray he will heal those hurts.
