The Republican are saying that no one wants to work. You should be willing to work for McDonald's and learn spanish or scrub toilets and learn to speak spanish then you will not have no need to complain. You just do not want to work for minimum wage, and many conservatives that that minimum wage is way too high as it needs to be lowered to $3 an hour.

I think what he was attempting to say with the food stamp comment is that they wound his pride. There used to be a pretty common saying, "that sticks in my craw" or something to that effect. I think he just got too caught up in what he was talking about and mis-spoke. I was on food stamps a couple of different times and they are demeaning to someone who has been raised to accept charity. Plus the whole ordeal of applying is humiliating. They treat you like a criminal

@df1phantom Well you go to school for several years chasing the American nightmare and get yourself in debt. Work as an executive make lots of money. Then the economy collapses and you find you are OVERQUALIFIED for jobs and all that money you had (IE credit cards) is now gone and all your friends with it... That's pretty much ow you get where he is.

That being said do you understand that this "financial collapse" is orchestrated? That we are being "liquidated" and that it is happening right under our noses? @df1phantom I used to think, like a lot of other people; that "homeless" folks were all drug addicts and bums. Until I spent some time as one. It changed my view of the world to the extreme. It is possible to live in such a hole that you look around and judge anyone who isn't like you to be a lesser being. Ask yourself how this guy who was rich by most standards got to a place where he is eating frozen pizza for his only meal? It could happen to you, and it may be the best thing that ever did.

@1Rockbilly i always give money, i always help i never splurge,i never judge those on a corner.F*** pizza tv dinners i used to have twenty dollars to eat with in a month,we talking strictly rice no seasoning,no butter,couldnt afford it,i was starved.i had it so bad now im capable of going days without eating,he has no excuses.i understand stuff happens but plain and simple he blew his money,he had it easy his whole life till now and that's real.i can go all day about this,but i manage money well

I give it away as fast as i get it, and I am never broke, ever! I learned the law of sowing and reaping and how to apply it to the path i am walking. This man will learn his lesson as well, whatever that may be. Who are we to judge him right or wrong? If you had lived his exact life situations would you have done it differently?

Unless you work 70 hour a week..! But you are right there is jobs out there the problem has been in the past has been peoples pride getting in the way. @landon4216 I have worked extensively with homeless people, and I was one for a time. I was able to hold a job and live in my van. And there are many others who do as well. But there are many more out there who can't keep themselves together long enough to hold down a job. There are a lot of folks with mental issues, schizophrenia, severe bi-polar syndrome, some are just plain lost and don't know which way to turn. Three is a place so deep in the pits of depression that all you want to do is die

@landon4216 or sleep until the BS passes. Chances are you have never been there since you have no compassion for those who have. Life will eventually bring you this lesson though I assure you. That doesn't even cover the difficulties of being homeless. Without a physical address you can't get public assistance, or a drivers license, Small things you take for granted become major challenges. How to take a shower? Wash clothes? Store food, store belongings, tools.

What's the purpose of your video..."End hunger now"? You hate food stamps, but they actually keep people from slipping deeper into poverty and becoming homeless. Even the homeless can receive food stamps and this prevents starvation and death. So what exactly is your answer to "End Hunger"?

As far as your own meals, there's healthier food that costs a dollar or less. Using coupons you can also get food for FREE or for pennies.

food stamps arnt actuall stamps guys its a credit card system now days, well it looks like a credit card but it use to be a booklet u could get and it had stuff you could get and couldn't get written on em. ive had to live on em in the past and thankfully i don't need to now days but my mcdonalds job is giving me enough hours to make by and not much more i hope to soon see this resetion over so every1 can be living good again.
