Do you have a noise nuisance department within your local government or council? if not take them to court.
Dont know about Australian law much but if it happened in the UK I would keep a log of times, dates and sound recordings (try to get a dB level) when the noise becomes unacceptable then present it as evidence.
No one should have to continually put up with that crap.
I have noisy neighbors and when they yell or play rap music to loud, I break out the Glen Miller and play it as loud as I can. They shut up and they can't complain to my land lord because lets face it who the hell is going to tell the land lord "He plays old lady music too loud."

1)Record it and play it thru ya stereo back at them.
2) If they rent see THAT real estate and lodge ya complaint.
3) Tell them you will start uploading it to ewe-chube
Get some music you like put it on really loud put near the wall/ backyard nearest to this neighbour go to other side of the house. do this everytime their noisy, u definitely shouldnt have to move house.
If they are loud and disruptive after 11pm at night, first go around and ask them to keep the noise down. If they don't, call the police and make a noise complaint. If that doesn't work, try making more noise yourself. I found playing the theme from "The Bodyguard" over and over was a form of psychological torture that worked very well with our old neighbours. They eventually learned to be quiet, or Whitney Houston went straight on!!!

I deal with noise complaints on a daily basis.
Police will attend and issue a noise abatement direction for up to 28 days. If they breach it they will be fined $220. Call your local police.

I enjoy our noisy neighbours yelling at his kids everyday. It's so entertaining of what happens like, one time he was like "NOW I CAN'T EAT MY DINNER"

Do you have a noise nuisance department within your local government or council? if not take them to court.
Dont know about Australian law much but if it happened in the UK I would keep a log of times, dates and sound recordings (try to get a dB level) when the noise becomes unacceptable then present it as evidence.
No one should have to continually put up with that crap.

I have noisy neighbors and when they yell or play rap music to loud, I break out the Glen Miller and play it as loud as I can. They shut up and they can't complain to my land lord because lets face it who the hell is going to tell the land lord "He plays old lady music too loud."

hey mate have the same problem. behind my house is some loud as africans who have little kids and they just keep screaming. the kid falls off the tricycle and the mum does nothing and the baby cries for like 20 mins. then indians next door on my left and they shout and play loud music all the time and its that annoying Bollywood music lol. then on my right i have some malaysians who have poker in the backyard and are so damn loud shouting random word when a person draws a card or something lol.

We have told all our neighbors about Trav , I think it's better to tell them during the day than @ 2 am when they come to ya door after Travs gone off, like the other night. Nose is still fucking sore
Since you said you have already spoken to them and nothing seems to have changed you could-
1)Record it and play it thru ya stereo back at them.
2) If they rent see THAT real estate and lodge ya complaint.
3) Tell them you will start uploading it to ewe-chube
4) Walk around in ya mankini

Get some music you like put it on really loud put near the wall/ backyard nearest to this neighbour go to other side of the house. do this everytime their noisy, u definitely shouldnt have to move house.

You gotta be really firm with them.
Tell them they don't have the right etc....if they don't comply or at least try to be considerate, FUCK them....call the council.
I always tell my family to stfu when they start getting loud.

If they are loud and disruptive after 11pm at night, first go around and ask them to keep the noise down. If they don't, call the police and make a noise complaint. If that doesn't work, try making more noise yourself. I found playing the theme from "The Bodyguard" over and over was a form of psychological torture that worked very well with our old neighbours. They eventually learned to be quiet, or Whitney Houston went straight on!!!
