i have been a huge kurt russell fan since i was a kid. he really reminds me a lot of john wayne. death proof was an awesome movie, classic tarantino who is alslo my favorite director next to john carpenter. death proof really delivers in a big way, the characters and the settings are great. it looks weird seeing kurt playing a bad guy , but as always he was at his best !

The revenge ending would have been nothing without his hysterical crying fit in the car! Stuntman mike was such a great character/performence for him. He went from charming/cool to frightening psycho to a crying mess yet the whole time Kurt was able to make the audience believe it was the same guy.

Such an underrated actor/performence.

sorry bro, I have to differ. I do agree that the first half of the movie was better than the second half but the second half had the better "action" if you can say it that way. The car chase scene is one of the best ever filmed. Going through the second half is well worth it if I was going to see the car chase scene. People! Watch this movie! Some of the best dialogue and action that Quentin is known for. Watch it! Watch it! Watch it!!

I was a huge tarantino's fan up until kill bill when i started to realize how fuckin annoying, over the top and pretensious his dialogs are. I couldnt watch Death Proof for that very reason, when the bitches started flappin their mouths in the car using 26 words for somethin u can expres in 5 ... that's when i hit eject. Rodriguez's movie was cool though.
