I litteraly have always had a fear of sunburn since i was like 5! Skin cancer runs in the family so even in the winter, no matter what i loaded on the Spf 70!! Lol even still i didnt go in the sun much anyway(: i am really proud of my desicion because it has actually benefitted me! I recently went to the dermatologist to check sun damage and the doctor said " you have virtually no sun damage!" just avoid sunburn in the first place guys, it is best for skin!

Also, ingredients in sunscreans have been linked to cancer, so its best to avoid both too much sun exposure and sunscrean altogather. Alot of people just look at aloe Vera as the solution my problem was taking hot showers. If you take a hot shower when you put on the aloe Vera your skin gets irritated take cold showers! Also that little tickle feeling is your skin highdrating itself.

I know this sounds crazy but the best solution I have ever found is Horseman's Dream Liniment . It is very soothing and takes all the pain away. I have used it many time and suggested it to many friends with excellent results for everyone. It also prevents peeling on the burn. I would add to the burn 2-3 times a day. You will have relief right away after putting it on the burn. It works on all kinds of burns also.

You get yourself to a dermatologist, ASAP, that's what you do!

A patch of skin that's darker than the rest of your skin, and starts spreading, could be a sign of Basal-Cell Carcinoma. Or even Melanoma ( a skin cancer, which is often fatal if left untreated).

Deliberatly trying to get your skin to peel or whiten, is the LAST thing that you should do!

And if you have a birthmark or a mole which starts changing shape, again, GO TO A DOCTOR RIGHT AWAY.
