You may not be wearing the wrong size per se, more so the wrong type of bra.

Have you tried Balconette vs. Plunge vs. Demi ?

If you have, then maybe you do need a smaller band size, and remember to go up a cupsize if/should you do.

That is poor customer service on their part. I buy my bras at Cacique and they not only fitted me, but provided me with different options until I found the bra that fit me PERFECTLY. They even let me wear it out the store.

wtf is she doing. you're suppose to measure the under the breast and add 5 inches to that number then measure the largest part of the breast and for each inch above the +5 number you add a cup size. My fellow guys, knowing this will help you predict cup sizes by eye . . .trust me hahah

You can even try not adding any to the measurement you get, and just using that as your band size. This is because the band is elasticated, and because the bra band needs to fit snugly so it can provide about 80-90% of the support for the breasts - and then the straps (shoulders) only carry about 10-20% of the load.

Took me a while before I figured out to go by what cup size actually fits my boobs rather than comparing them to the models' in the VS catalog. Implants always look fuller than natural breasts so thinking "Nah, my boobs aren't that big" might be a mistake.

Even if it feels silly or the shop keeper tries to convince you otherwise, always try on a cup size larger if a bra isn't fitting right. Shop owners love tricking you into buying sizes they have in stock rather than sizes that actually fit.

probably, it could have blocked the human growth hormones (pituitary hormones) which cause development of breasts and so on.... The problem with birth control is that no one is sure what it does exactly... yes it can help protect you from getting pregnant, but our metabolism can break it down into other chemicals that do other things. either that or you were just meant to have smaller breast. Dont worry though big breast are overrated, i have small breast too.

I was on the pill several months back, and I did notice that my boobs started looking a bit fuller. I didn't exactly go up a cup size, but they definitely felt firmer n bouncier!

Ive also heard of girls who've had no reaction at all, but then others who went up about FOUR cup sizes! :-O

You know there's loosely and then there's like 5 inches away from the skin, right. Then she immediately admits that measuring isn't a fool-proof method to figuring out your bra size. She's right - it isn't.

Combine measuring with the 5 point bra size fit and then you will get accurate results.

@shawtiee1085 What I meant by that comment was that this video only shows how to take the bust measurement, it doesn't explain how to convert that into a cup size! I don't think she looks anywhere near as big as 36 though, probably 32 at the most, but with a larger cup size. I used to wear a 36C at 14, but I should have been wearing 32DD. Most people need to be wearing a band size at least one size smaller but with a larger cup.
