Brilliant video, also I think this is the best way to prepare coffee. It's a funny coincidence because I've been thinking a lot about coffee and changing the way I consume coffee/caffeine (and seriously cutting down to one cup a day only). I think the burr machine & cafetiere is the best most economical way - nice one !
im have never been a coffee guy, thank God for that. I do tell my clients to stop drinking it while working on any type of detox diet that i recommend. I do let them drink it 2-3x per week, but don't recommend more than that.
Great video! Love the Ray Peat reference. I actually did a research paper for my University on the physiological effects of caffeine based on his work. Thanks for sharing.
@yongchunwales No it is not. It is perfectly legal to buy direct from the farm. It can not be transported to buyers or bought in retail stores. Which by the way is total non-sensical! It has endless health properties which im sure you are aware of and the 'fear tactics' used to outlaw it are utter bull*hit. Thanks for dropping by bro :)
@WellnessMafia Well, it's illegal in Scotland to my knowledge. The only way you can get up there that i'm aware of is to have it shipped from farms in England as they're allowed to sell it & ship it to you.
@Austriette Will do friend. I do like his work. Remember, im not recommending that people drink coffee, but we all have our vices. Here im just showing some little tips that can improve the experience for those who like me, enjoy coffee now and then. Even Chek likes expresso, but in moderation. Thanks for participating friend! :)
Oh, I'm a huge coffee addict myself and an advocate of drinking it as is Dr. Peat. He says it has lots of benefits and if you have it with a little bit of sugar it is not going to have any negative effects on the adrenals. Interesting stuff and i'm happy that I still can enjoy my cup of joe every day... :)
Great video and expert info!

I will say this. You know how to drink coffee and the fact that you put raw milk in it shows you know whats up. Good work.
