Was there ever a better political speaker than FDR? Not in my lifetime or in this century. What delivery, not only on this famous 1944 campaign speech about Fala, but many others as well. He was the master, one of a kind.
its ironic how close FDR's Fala rumor and Obamas "500 billion dollar trip to india" lie are. The difference of course is Obama wont defend himself and has no balls and caves in to the nut case anti-american republicans. FDR had the republican party literally laughed almost into extinction.
Awww, Fala is cute. I would spend $20million to get him back if I left him behind!

Love him, love Eleanor, love Fala. Such a wonderful family in politics. I even have my own Scottish Terrier for solidarity.

Tied with Theodore Roosevelt, of course.
While in DC I went to see the monument of FDR and Fala. :D
