Remember the core in the derelict reaper? the "core" for the possible complete human reaper would be the round sphere in where the heart would be.

also when I said "the rest of the reaper", I meant that the entire body that you see on sovereign and the rest of the reapers are nothing more than 'shells' or 'armor' for the core. The core will always be made from different species, while the outer cuttlefish/insect design built around the core remains the same.

@DarkWingD20 You return to earth to face trials of treason for working with Cerberus at the beginning of ME3 no matter what decision you make. When that happens the Alliance takes the Normandy, this is why you see Ashley on it.

As for this. I hope to hell Jack, Grunt, Miranda, Jacob, Garrus, Tali, Samara, Legion, Thane and Mordin are able to cross from my ME2 import into ME3. Because Jack and my Shepard have somewhat of a thing going on.

The last 30 minutes of ME2 were the most epic moments of gameplay I've ever experienced and my team kicked the shit out of everything. Grunt and Samara fought Harbinger while I killed the Reaper.

@Miralage I thought it was ridiculous as well until I read the codex explanation. I thought it made sense. Maybe in ME3 we'll get a chance to see more weapons that don't require thermal clips alongside the new thermal clip weapons. I wouldn't get my hopes up, though.

ME1 gun mechanics were not canon. ME2 ones are. Both weapons have "unlimited ammo", it's just that in ME2, you had to eject the heat sinks to prevent malfunctions.
