You need something called Veency from cydia and REAL VNC on your computer (google it) then just type the iPod/iPhone's IP address (192.168.x.x) something like that you will find it from the settings and then type that into the Real VNC :) :)

umm i tried donwloading some games and it froze so i had to unfreeze my iphone 3g and re jailbreak it wats rong? i tried to get need for speed undercover? may it be other apps for the app store intstead of the installous store? i have tried downloading other things like the finger print scan and it worked..... comment back please

ermm i'm not too sure, it seems to be working for everybody else, try re-downloading installous, or it may just be your internet being slow...?

how come wheever i download a app and later plug in my ipod touch, itunes removes the apps i downloaded from cydia???? if someone could please help me id greatly appreciate it.

you should download it from instalulous, and on the options tab of it click sync to itunes off...

The only risk is whilst jailbreaking, if something doesn't work or messes up. The good thing is that loads of people have jailbreaked their iTouch and iPhones, so most problems will have been encountered and solved, and the sollution posted on a forum - hope this helps =)
