This video was entered properly and followed all rules in the WHO WINDMILL CONTEST, but I don't believe it was ever seen by the judges. Although it is better than the other entries, it didn't win first, wasn't named one of the top five, and wasn't listed in the top 25. I believe the Who Windmill Contest owes Sean Atkinson an apology.
