Now that USA is suing Arizona over preemption of immigration laws, when Arizona is actually only providing "force multiplier" of federal immigration laws, will USA now sue cities that violate federal immigration laws by providing immigration sanctuary policy protections to illegal aliens?
Can we sue Obama in the DC District Court for non-performance of constitutional duty?
Please explain to me, that if a bunch of states formed a Union, and established laws for the Union, why a state in the Union cannot make it a law for the police in the state to enforce the laws of the Union?
