@chuggajamo They weigh very little, so they don't unbalance the bike. Because of the way they fit, only one will fit on a bike.

Ha! I had something like this more than 40 years ago...made of plastic and the cards weren't replaceable so when the little tab that stuck in the spokes finally broke off you were done. Cost the earth (three weeks allowance if memory serves) and made such a racket that the whole neighborhood cheered when it died. Highly recommended for "a certain age".
