i have a Korg GA-30 tuner and i press the "Flat" button twice for the low E string then for the other strings i press the "Flat" button once, so why does my guitar sound out of tune?

It's in this tuning: D flat, a flat, d flat, g flat, b flat, e flat. The chord shapes are right, just not the tuning. Play it in the above tuning and you'll be doing it how Cobain himself did it.
