The music heard over the WANE sign-off was the first of two tracks used for "Community Bulletin Boards" on Philadelphia's WTAF-TV in the late 1970's after sign-on.
I remember hearing that back in the day during the summer months, when WTAF's signal could occasionally be received in Baltimore. However, I would simply add that the actual track title is "Bellavia," by Chuck Mangione.
Can you please try to re-upload this and take out whatever it is that WMG removed?
