For the entire time Lita was wrestling she gave it all she had. She was the "Queen of Extreme", and some may take her death-defying attacks in the negative way. She's fearless. And was always giving it her all, breaking her neck & knees several times, risking her life. And for her last year she became a "slut", ugh.

You automatically know Trish and Lita were one of the great divas of their generation when they wrestle in a main event match like this one. Its an extreme rarity to see a Divas-only match as the main event, so that says something about their skill

Lita is def in my top 10. But so is Mickie. I cannot tell which one is better but Lita was very sloppy in her prime. Her moonsault looked like she tried to kill herself. Mickie was great in her prime. Mickie is also the only female ever to compete in a Clockhouse Orange House of Fun matches, which is considered one of the most brutal matches in Professional Wrestling. As for the busting up I do respect her for going on but she isn't the first diva to bleed.

The dive thing was great and added to the drama. Similar to WM 25 when Taker landed on his head it made it more dramatic. This was a fantastic match and should've been saved for WM of that year

I'm not sure exactly what point you're trying to make, all I know is that Trish is supposed to catch Lita and cushion her fall (when Lita did the suicide dive), but instead Trish almost seemed to move out of the way, which resulted in Lita being nearly paralyzed.

The Suicide Dive is a famous lucha/joshi move-usually it is a cross - body block through the second rope--of the WWE Divas you might have seen either the Jumping Bomb Angels or Bull Nakano do it--the only other woman I have seen do it this was was Lady Apache--I do not know if Lita messed up the move or was going way high risk.
By the way Trish marks: you claim she was such an "innovator" , right? The rear naked choke at about 4:14 was use by Bull Nakano not only in her AJW matches but in WWE matches as well in 1994-1995. Just so you know.

I'm sorry but have your ever heard of Sherri Martel? Victoria? Mickie James? Bull Nakano? MADUSA? They were by miles better than Lita. And plus Lita was sloppy as hell in the ring and had no regard for her oppoents health. Oh and Trish did WAY more than Lita did in WWE.

sorry u can't honestly tell me that the ladies u mention were miles better than lita when it's actually the opposite. she & trish r one of the best around & r practically the rock & scsa of the diva division. & on lita, sure she may be sloppy but she was still that damn good & definitely better than mickie james. besides if u watch some of lita's matches in 2000, u wouldn't question lita's abilities (the girl got busted open in a match in SS '00 & she still continued.

@midniteryder I do respect them. Lita & Trish are my favs also. But let's be honest here. Go watch Bull Nakano & Madusa and you will see how great of an athletes they are. Molly Holly is the best technical wrestler and so is Jazz. Lita & Trish brought the female's division to the next level but what pisses me off is when people bash Trish solely because of the 7 titles and look at Lita like the best wrestler ever when clearly she is not.

Lita is def in my top 10. But so is Mickie. I cannot tell which one is better but Lita was very sloppy in her prime. Her moonsault looked like she tried to kill herself. Mickie was great in her prime. Mickie is also the only female ever to compete in a Clockhouse Orange House of Fun matches, which is considered one of the most brutal matches in Professional Wrestling. As for the busting up I do respect her for going on but she isn't the first diva to bleed.

All the women you mentioned are great. Do you have to keep comparing and contrasting? Do you have to keep pointing out all their flaws? The fact that they are women and made a great history in a male-dominated industry just shows how good they ALL were.

Why are you telling this to me? I love Trish and Lita so I don't bash either one. I know what you mean though. If someone is a huge Lita fans and hates Trish I defend her and vice versa. I really wish people would just stop being marks of certain people and be like. "yes, Lita is great but so is Trish." Because, neither one would be where they are without the other. Their rivalry is one of the best in WWF/E history.

The dive thing was great and added to the drama. Similar to WM 25 when Taker landed on his head it made it more dramatic. This was a fantastic match and should've been saved for WM of that year

This match is the best in the women's divition ... i know there's a lot of match that could probably are good as or better then this one if we talk about ring performances but what i really consider this the best match ever in the women's divition is because this match is exiting without storyline this could be a great match but the storyline make this one the best cause the emotion! that's not happening anymore not only in women's divition in all the divition's

I'm not sure exactly what point you're trying to make, all I know is that Trish is supposed to catch Lita and cushion her fall (when Lita did the suicide dive), but instead Trish almost seemed to move out of the way, which resulted in Lita being nearly paralyzed.

The Suicide Dive is a famous lucha/joshi move-usually it is a cross - body block through the second rope--of the WWE Divas you might have seen either the Jumping Bomb Angels or Bull Nakano do it--the only other woman I have seen do it this was was Lady Apache--I do not know if Lita messed up the move or was going way high risk.

The crappy words thrown on lita would never replace the transformation she contributed to WWE, well on divas' part. Her wrestling attitude elevated the women wrestling standards. Without Lita, Trish would never have a 7-time record. I know you guys remember her bravery to risk her body just for her fans. She even dared to challenge Chyna of whom we know was 2 times stronger than Lita. Lita has in fact the definition of a perfect diva and for this SHE IS THE BEST WWE DIVA ever. :) I salute you!

I Personally think Lita proves to be the best woman in wrestling aside from Chyna. Lita-only woman to give chyna a real fight. One of few women to fight men, only women to do real intergender matches (aside from chyna). First woman to showcase acrobatic moves. First woman to gain fame as fast as she did. I'm sorry Trish stratus regardless of the titles she's won, could not have ever done that. She was only trained to do basics! I'm not hating on her i just dislike when ppl keep say she's better
