Konami. See, it was discovered that the MGS main theme sounded very, very similar to some Soviet era classical music; Sviridov's "The Winter Road". It was removed from all new Metal Gear related products released after 2006, including Smash bros.

Metal gear saga in mgs4 sounds like the metal gear solid theme i know. They didnt seem to change that..
