totally fake. in the last few seconds of the shot the girls head moves away from the mirror. the "ghost" face is just overlapped and frozen. also im pretty sure the face itself in the mirror was photoshopped before being overdubbed. notice the girls head never moves back over the ghost face once its appeared? this allows that shot to be isolated and the face to basically be cut and pasted there completely still.
