It does sound a little bit like the UK band Status Quo... but with Mulry magic added. Good song (I have this as a track on a compilation album entitled 'Rockbusters '77' which can be found on a K-Tel site, as individual mp3s)

This is GREAT. I came across Disturbing The Peace in the cutout rack at a record store in Whitewater, WI, USA in the early 80's. I think I bought it because I liked the cover - it's the one with the Little Rascals and Charlie Chaplain. Loved the music. 30 years later, thanks to youtube, I'm finding out how great these guys were. A big thank you to you and everyone else who posted TMG.
