They wrote it for the 2005 Games Convention in Leipzig in tribute to Gold's favorite online game, Dark Age of Camelot. It appeared on a special limited-edition CD/DVD about the game. Gold was at the convention signing autographs. The version that appeared on the DVD is on Youtube if you search "Games Convention 2005 - DAoC"
