Children can get what is called an "equivalent" migraine. It usually consists of nausea and/or vomiting. I was getting these when I was about 8 or 9 years old.
Those symptoms do not sound typical for a migraine headache. I recommend that you visit your doctor and explain to him exactly how you feel. Perhaps there are a few tests he can do to determine the cause of your pain. Please let me know if you find out what the cause is. Migraine pain is normally on either one side or the other.

im 12 and i have sharp pains in the center of my head and for soem reason when i shake my hair(its pretty long lol) my neck goes limp for a sec
