@ahmednabil I think I got it when I cleaned a 150KG and when catching, I went down a bit too quick and could feel it slamming on me. Could be that time.
you see thats bad,so you didnt feel the injury at once, because i have pain for 10 days now in a knee after training , everyday after training after i cool down it hurts to bend it , but its not like my knee POPed or anything it just started hurting, should i stop squatting for now?
