  • May be ....you need capacitor bank

  • Always had thought of this

  • salut, can you put a plan somewhere to see how you made it exactly ? thanks a lot

  • @rascaltaliban look carefuly all my video about it ! 4 videos

  • Hello!

I would like to congratulate for your work!

Also I'd like to ask if instead of an antenna can I use that of normal TV! : D

And finally, since I too am trying to do your own project without great results, I would like to better understand how to arrange the various components!

I connected the antenna and the diode to one side of the coil and then the other side of the coil, and a last diode to ground ... but it does not work!

    What can I do?

    Thank you!

  • I love your work, Great videos. I was trying to get a LED to light using a house ground from the outlet and from a wire antenna. It lit the LED brightly so I had an idea to shut off the braker to the outlet and I lost the power to my light.

  • what sort of antenna did you use? Certainly that makes a difference. Also, using the ground NEAR your house mains might be picking up stray currents. Try with a ground that is just a pole in the ground not near your house current.

  • @morpher44 -look the other video on it .it's work !!

  • @gilbondfac

In my location, the radio stations are quite far away, and I don't get enough to light LEDs.

  • don't remember

  • Where are you used to download music from?

  • a video called "Electricity from the air Crystal Radio" uses a simular concept to light Led's while also allowing sound output from the head phones.

scitoys(dot)com mentions in the "a radio out of household parts" that a led can be used as the diode and give off light.

Try using a cheap laser pointer instead of the led's and see if you can recieve a modulated signal at a calculator solar cell or a photoresistor attached to a stereo plug going to the line in port on a amplifier or recorder.

  • Génial, comme d'habitude ! :)

  • Très bien fait, Gilles. Looking forward for more.

  • Interesting test, thank you!

  • You should look into old school regenerative RF receivers.

  • Thanks, I was thinking already that this must be possible ! Thry to google for "testatica", (Wimshurst machiene). You gona find construktions that use static elektricity to convert to usefull energy !

Bauwman was in a comune where they use this generators 5 and 30 K watt !

What if You can receive all the frequenty's and transfer to usfull energy ?

  • dude i totally love your work and your videos... but you gotta do something about the slideshows... yeah i know they do their work really well, but it gets kind of boring... :S just saying... but keep up the good work :)

  • @HELLPINAVENGER Thanks but the most important it's the experiment it's for all ! how to do ? explain me thanks !

  • Question about "As the permeability of the core decreases, the inductance of the coil decreases"

Does this mean "the core consumes (or sucks up) RF energy. Slide a metal coil onto the core to lower the amount of RF energy the core can consume."

Thank you for posting this gilbond!

  • @clicclic99 the inductance of a coil increases directly as the permeability of the core material increases. If a coil is wound around an iron core, the permeability of the core is 5000. Now, if the iron is pulled part way out of the coil of wire, the core is part iron and part air. The permeability of the core decreases. As the permeability of the core decreases, the inductance of the coil decreases. This increases the power delivered to the load

  • Thank you gilbondfac, I like how you make videos, sound background. Keep it good work. You are the best science entertainer from my subscriptions.
