Well conservatives and libertarians tend to be more sympathetic to the GOP.
The Republican party has to rediscover their roots to be relevant again. If they do, the difference between the GOP and the dems will be much more clearer.
i try explaining this all the time, well put. Getting people to see this is the first step. second step is to get them to vote either for a Ron Paul or a third party. Sometimes it seems, since they still vote the same people in, that I waste my time. Seeing other people such as you continue the fight, helps me keep going. We all need to keep trying, New Hampshire and the free state project is a good start. Can't wait to hear some of your liberty stories from NH.. Ron Paul/Peter Schiff 2012
this post makes me sad. i remember that banner in Day 213@4:44. more proof to me that people have the spirit to change, but revert to seeking a leader to do all the hard work. you now know how Dr. Paul feels.
both of the major parties receive funding from the same banks and corporations. since they control both and promote both heavily, it doesn't matter which side the public chooses, they always win. the public sees the election process as a major competition much like a sports competition. they don't choose logically, they choose based on popularity and pettiness.
