If you still dont know, press backspace and then click on fire at will under artillery :)

Then it should fire automatically :)

To use catapalts, player open the battle map by backspace key in the battle, and change the "hold fire" to "fire at will" what exist newly the tab of the last. And you can choose the bullet type.
