  • @Jzend001 You can figure out your bmi on the cdc.gov website. In the search engine type in bmi calculator and there you are.

  • @Jzend001 I am sorry body fat and bmi are different. There are ways to calculate body fat. I searched up body fat calculators on google and found this one quite useful. Youtube won't let me put in the link hence enter w/out spaces

  • I need to adopt your attitude. I don't work out for one day and I beat myself up, but with food (bad food) and I slowly get out of working out all together. Like now I have gained all the weight I lost last year back, so I'm ready to fight now. Keep doing your thing girl, you are inspiring me to want to do better. If you look at how far you've come and all the knowledge u gained, those gains for wk 13 aren't so bad. Just keep it up and I will try doing the same :)

  • This can be a pretty time consuming program. I'm on day 17 and I'm doing Insanity too on day 52 with that. But it's all doable. I figure like this, I'm gonna go thru stuff ups and downs but rather or not I do the wkouts are not.... so I might as well get the wkout in. U've had some amazing results girl, u can do it. How's it going with the smoking thing?
