I like how you make a mean/agressive looking dragon and then say it is smart. You think out of the box thats always good

I would suggest a more evil look for this one. In my oppinion these teeth do not go with a smart dragon and the tigre marks were a bad idea, maybe a more swamp-serpent-like dragon would be a better concept, but your drawing anyways and it's still a good 1
